beth - Great start, Nina! Which resolution do you intend to focus on first? What ever you do each day, devise a trigger event and sometimes a reward it helps motivate. Excellent intention.

chironarts - O.K. Here goes. Breathing deep and strong. My finances are turned around this year to an upward swing by my taking action every day doing one positive effort ( much like painting) ie marketing, networking, clearing – becoming more Zen in my lifestyle… . God and Beth as my witness. (Thank you, Both!)
Amen

And blessings to All on your 2010 journey!

bethvw - Hi Mary, thank you!
A couple of times a week at the gym is great.
Keeping fit makes my energy level for everything else improve as I do more.
I Know that you are into meditation. Do you also do yoga?
Keep me posted!

Breathing space into cracks of time

ave you found that there is never enough time to actually accomplish all that you “desire” to do?
Sometimes I get up in the morning with a list a mile long that is leftover from yesterday. How many times have I put off painting or drawing for other things that seem more important? How long have I been promising myself that I will revisit learning French, write a note to someone, bake bread or visit an old friend? It just seems that it is easier to take the habitual road than to break new ground.
